Very tasty meat dishes but the other dishes are always of constant quality.

The place was packed, but the service was nice and fast. Food is perfect. Portions are unfortunately small for the prices (I can only write about the tortellini as I ordered this).

My last visit to this restaurant. Since I am exempted from the mask requirement for health reasons and I also have a medical certificate with me, I was informed in an unfriendly manner as soon as I entered the restaurant that I should please put on a mask immediately. After explaining my situation, it was decided due to an apparently lack of competence or simply the lack of knowledge of current regulations, in particular the Infection Protection Act, that I should put on a mask immediately. As I have already written, I am exempt from it and I did not have any with me or carry any, so I should leave the shop immediately and the food will be brought to my door. Never before have I received such a negative and discriminatory reception as I am in this restaurant today. I hope that the staff will deal properly with how people are dealt with who cannot wear a mask for health reasons and who are medically or pneumologically exempt from it. At all times, of course, I kept the necessary distance, but that I am not welcome was more than clearly shown to me. For all freed people I can only say that you should avoid this restaurant. It's a shame, I'll pass on my experience. Ciao Ciao.

Hardly recognizable from the outside and therefore almost an insider tip. If you want to eat really good Italian, you are more than right. Lovingly prepared dishes. I can only recommend it.

As an italian girl, I must say that for an italian restaurant in Germany, Ciao Ciao is very good. The quality of the dishes and the ingredients is remarkable, and the atmosphere and the staff are very nice. The prices are a bit high, but normal for an italian restaurant in Germany.

Food is ok.

Delicious food! The first photo shows the starter plate "Ciao" with many Italian specialties, the second photo shows another specialty: "Triss" (3 different pasta dishes). The staff is also very friendly.
